On thursday Robin de Baere (standing in front) and I had a chance to have a closer look at the new Tokina fisheye zoom lens.
The first impression is ... impressive. When using this lens at 10mm on a Canon 20D (Nikon mount supported as well), you will get a panorama of 9916 x 4956 pixels in size. No sharpening at all done for this smaller (5000x2500) Quicktime VR, moderate sharpening (125-0,5-3) done within Photoshop CS for the alternative player image.
