In the piazza, there's a bird of prey demo. The idea behind the demo is there's a tent where you can try out scopes a bit further away. It's amazing how calmly these birds react to the vast crowds and huge number of menacing lenses.
This panorama shows the birds in infrared, just for the heck of it. It's a full second exposure, because the IR filter blocks out most light.

Nikonians place

I just found the Nikonians booth, they don't like to see Canons around, I was almost trown out of there, the Nikkor 10.5mm Fisheye saved me, after they checked that it really was a Nikkor lens the things cooled down, the Nikonians after all where nice and showed me their goods, they sell some good bal heads.

The Real Virtual Reality

In Hall N.2 I found out this company saying they know about the Real Virtual Reality, well, at least regarding the sound of it they are very seriuos. They had all sorts of microphone to capture surround sound and to play it.
